Last, but far from least was the water slide tower at Wildwater Kingdom. It’s the one aspect of the park that wasn’t new when Cedar Fair demolished SeaWorld in 2004. This was relocated from the Geauga Lake side of the park to the middle of what was Shamu’s Happy Harbor. Apparently it’s 100 feet tall, making it the largest water slide in Ohio. It feels like it to be sure, with a narrow staircase leading riders skyward. It had a lower level of tubes which looked like fun and an upper level which seemed more like sheer terror. Regardless, people were happily climbing in the chutes and riding it when I was there.
